The space
The home offers three bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups. The primary bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has two beds that can be combined into a king, and the bunk room provides six individual beds. Four rollaway beds and two sleeper sofas offer additional sleeping options.
Guests can enjoy a full kitchen, dining area, comfortable living spaces, coffee station and bright sunroom. The home includes two finished full bathrooms, plus a separate poolside half bath with a standing shower for convenient use after swimming.
Outside, guests have access to the private pool, pond, catch-and-release fishing, outdoor games and spacious grounds for relaxing and spending time together.
Guest access
Guests have access to the main house, private pool, pond, outdoor seating and designated recreational areas. A workshop and stable area are also located on the property, but they are not included in the rental and will remain closed. Please respect all closed doors, gates and restricted areas.
Other things to note
For added convenience, the property has a separate, unfinished poolside bathroom with a toilet, sink and standing shower for rinsing off after swimming. This simple, functional facility is not finished to the same standard as the home's two full indoor bathrooms.
A crib, high chair, extra rollaway beds and bicycles are available upon request. These items are stored in the garage, so please request them before arrival so we can move them to guest-accessible areas.
We also have 20 extra chairs stored in the workshop, available upon request. Please let us know before arrival if you need them.
A security deposit of $300 to $1,000 is held for stays that include a gathering, depending on its size. All gatherings require prior approval.
